Blue Diamond Janitorial started with one simple idea:

Marcio de Souza, our founder, spent years working in the janitorial industry learning the right way to clean, manage a team, and take care of customers.
He started with residential cleaning, building strong relationships one home at a time before expanding naturally into commercial spaces.
Before launching Blue Diamond, he worked at Whole Foods, where he picked up the leadership and service skills that still drive us today.
What started as a small operation has grown into a full team serving businesses across Greater Boston.
And while we’ve grown, we’ve kept the same focus: treat every client’s space like it’s our own, and never cut corners.
